The passing of our loved ones is a difficult time, and here at Watsons Bay Anglican we're always available to sit with you, pray with you, and answer your questions about life and eternity.

Specifically, if you, or your loved one, express(ed) the desire for a Christian funeral or memorial, we are available to help you.

Typically, at the passing of a loved one, the first point of contact you will make is with a funeral director, who will handle all administrative details on your behalf (in general and with us). They will then make contact on your behalf to arrange a funeral time with us, and a time for us to meet you pastorally and go through the details of the service.

You are of course not bound to use a specific director to have a service with us. Nor are you bound to use our Gardens of Remembrance, although that service is also available.

Nevertheless, for your convenience, we have found the following local family-based directors to be wonderful supports for those in mourning.

"Know salvation through the forgiveness of sins, by the tender mercy of our God: The Lord Jesus Christ, like the rising sun, will come to us from heaven to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, and guide our feet into the path of peace."

Luke 1:77-79
